On or about February 10, 2012 I, Marcello engaged in a conversation with Carl Weston, He said in his own words he would review my file. Upon taking the case (file) he would then charge $$ However, He still asked for donation upfront ($250.00) & said he did not want to take the case after all. I have been trying to get my refund($250.00) back since February 10, 2012, he has lied to me over & over again & again saying that he will send it back. I now believe that JD was also a victim to this phony (scam artist) Carl Weston. as of July 27, 2012 he is a scam artist, showing by his actions that he does ripp off people. I will keep everybody posted on what is really happening, I am sure he is going to try to BS his way out of this on a rebuttal. which I will answer back with the truth"" I dont know how ROD class allows this clown on his show, it only brings his creditably down"" ?
