Carl Farey, a true rip off merchant shattering peoples dreams & aspirations that he himself once had of living in the USA. I emailed him to ask that very question.Needless to say, no response. Hopefully that will be shattered if USCIS & ICE do their jobs properly.
I have myself repoted it to the authorities, but have never been asked to provide any information to bring this lardy arse git to his knees & deport him after a stretch inside.
So it begs the question, will he get off scott free after having had made the lives of quite a few people very unhappy & himself wealthy
When he prepared our L1 visa application, it looked very convincing, & to the USA authority, it was & our petition was approved.However, there was no way on this earth that the London embassy was ever going to grant a visa on complete & utter BS. Every page was a lie, with the exception of our names & address. Despite giving him true details of our company etc, he made it all up. I'd gone from a property developer to an ""Electrical wholesaler"" with a huge establishment 300miles north of where i actually live, and still do.
I've heard of one couple who sadly made the mistake of presenting Farey's BS & themselves to the London Embassy for a visa. They have been excluded from the USA for ten years. Shame.

This guy carl farey is a pathological liar and needs to be in jail in the U.K. Or America has he has lead people on a path of destruction for visa,s that never exist , I've spoken to the USA embassy in London but nothing ever comes of him being jailed or deported to the uk for fraud , anybody that's has been had by farey should keep hounding the USA embassy in London and ICE to get him convicted and put in jail he is pure scum in every sense of the word
I have just seen all these rip off reports about Carl Farey and theres a very easy way to prove if all these accustaions are true or not. Why don't you Farey reply to these accusations and prove the work you did on visas and green cards was all above board by naming your satisfied clients and the businesses they have which got them their visas and green cards? Or you could get your clients who are now your mates to come on here and give the info. If these satisfied clients and mates are all innocent and did no wrong then they shouldn't mind saying so. Every person named on this website as a fraud and con artist has the right to reply and defend themselves and most people who are wrongly accused will do so. But you can't do that can you Farey? You can't because you know every one of your mates and family who you got green cards for are guilty as the same thing as you and thats fraud. They all knew you faked businesses for them and went along with it and thats why they are all up your arse now because they are all crapping themselves about getting in trouble so if they keep you sweet maybe you won't give their names which no doubt you will to try save yourself. I'm finding it hard to believe that somebody with so much bad stuff written about them on the internet doesn't try to defend thereselves especially if they have many satisfied punters as you call them. So come on Farey lets hear what you've got to say.
Looks like you underestimated all the people you conned, the ones who didn't know how you was so successful in getting visas and green cards approved, the ones who believed you were honest and handed you their money and trusted you, not the insiders who knew what you were really doing but didn't care as long as you came up with the goods. The people you conned are out to get justice. Did you really think you could steal from them and threaten them when they tried to get answers from you? Thing is now they know they are not the only ones they will keep this going as the more who speak up the more chance of getting justice. If you've got one decent bone in your body you should be trying to give back some of the money you stole from the people you didn't even file their petitions. All your mates who read these rip off reports they really don't see you as the person you are and thats understandable especially when your the life and sole of the party entertaining them all and acting like a solid bloke but thats what conmen do. They look you in the eye and make you feel like their best mate but deep down they don't give a crap about anybody but thereself and where their next few thousands coming from the easiest way they can. Come to think of it maybe thats why you havent tried redeem yourself because the truth is you don't care.
He may have stopped doing business using his American Visa business name and website but do not be fooled people! This conman will not go away. He is still making money by scamming innocent people using different business names. No matter the name of the business he uses, he's still the same Carl Farey whose life work is getting rich doing nothing. Don't be fooled by believing testimonials from satisfied clients. They are the few who he actually came through for but the authorities will catch up with them too in the end.
