Care Temp came out on Tuesday June 3, 2014 for a Routine Service Check of a WORKING Central A/C/ Unit.
4 Days after the Service Tech left and said everythign was 100% "OK" - the unit was no longer putting out any cold air.
A different Service Tech from Care Temp showed up on Saturday June 7th, 2014 and told us that out System had no Freon and that we needed to buy a new System.
I calle-in another "TRUSTWORTHY" HVAC Serice Tech that I had used before and he found that the King Valve was "unseated" (loose) and thus leaked-out all of my Freon. ("Intentional" or "Unintentional" - you go figure)
My "TRUSTWORTHY" HVAC Service Tech then: Tightened the King Valve, Put back in 3 lbs of Freon, - and gave me a Bill for $200 and the System has been working pefectly AGAIN - as it had been before Care Temp ever "TOUCHED MY SYSTEM"!!!!
I have advised Care Temp of the entire matter and told them I want to be reimbursed for the $200 that I had to pay someone else to FIX their SCREW-UP.
Care Temp refuses to answer either of two emails that I sent to their Office and the Owner Aldoph (Al) Rogulski.
I shall and WILL post this info to every single website that I can find - as well as sharing it with and alerting everyone in my 1200 Home Retirement Community - and Now The BBB of NJ has received my complaint!
