Sold 4 Delta gift cards to Cardflip on October 24.
Marked as paid on their website within one week. Details stated that check was mailed to my (correct) address.
Did not receive payment, after two weeks tried to contact them; first by e-mail.
Received email reply several days later stating they would "look into it."
Tried calling several times, routed to hold, then to hang up message each time.
Emailed again weeks later after no contact from company, then filed a BBB complaint to shake some action.
Received a rambling email from Barry who claimed to be an executive, and who insure that the acknowledged late payment would go out with in two.
Five weeks later still have not received payment or any further update from Cardflip. BBB did contact me to say that company did not respond to their inquiries. "
The same exact thing happened to me. I tried contacting by sending several emails. I tried calling and it kept saying due to the high volume of calls leave a voicemail but the phone doesn’t go on voicemail. Instead it keeps repeating the same message. I am so frustrated.
Bought $100 in cvs gift cards that were fake. Refused to refund money because it was beyond the 45 days buried in the faq. Don’t buy or sell with them!!
I sold $260 worth of gift cards to them on 4/8 and have never received payment. Called but no one picked up. Emailed but got no response. Stay away! Scammers!
I purchased macy's gift card from this website. At the time of purchase, I was pretty sure that it said "This ecard can be used in store and online". When I tried to redeem at the store, I register did not allow to enter the gift carf number and pin (
In the gift card I received, there was a note saying the cashier to enter the gift card number and pin). As a result of this, I could not redeem in store.
The worst part comes here - When I emailed the cardflip.com guys about this, NO response whatsoever. I emailed thrice I guess, no response. Is this the way the customer gets cheated?

I bought an Outback card and NEVER received it. No response to emails. I called and they said they would send another - they did not!! Stay away!
