Closed two merchant accounts with Cardflex. Each of the merchant accounts was charged over $3,000 for early termination fees. The company stated that the fees were due to a contract signed in 2010 that was for 3 years with a 3 year automatic option renewal. No notice was ever given regarding the option and the termination fees were withdrawn without notice as well.

We need to sue this company as a unit. I am looking for a class action attorney today as we speak. Has anyone started the process of suing this company yet? Anyone interested in a class action?
