Called card for estimate for a bogus monometer test on my plumbing. price he quoted on phone was $150 and $50 for travel. he showed up 3 hours late. he was to be here to do the test for the county. county inspector couldn't wait for him and left. costing me $75, he then handed me a vial with a tube and said "here you can do it, I did the test myself.
that was when he sent me a bill for over $500. I refused to pay him for nothing and beside I did the test myself. why should I pay him for doing the test myself. that's $500 for driving out and handing me a vial and a tube and an hours drive. this isn't what he told me and I have been ripped off.
