This company harrasses me every day! I am on the do not call list. I have told them this, and they hang up. I have told them to stop calling-they hang up and call the next day. I am not remotely interested and reading these reports shows they are likely fraudulant!! I want these calls to stop. I am going to contact every government agency that deals with this.They interrupt my business every day.

Same calls from this Credit card Company every day for over a year as others. On Do Not Call List. Does not mean a thing. What the heck can be done to stiop these calls.

I get phone calls from "Card Member Services" almost every single day. The calls are masked as it appears with a local number or, today, it displayed MY phone number on the caller ID. When you pick up the phone it is an automated message saying they can lower your interest rate. I work from my home and I find these calls harrassing and disturbing to my home work environment. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.

I had tried to stop these months ago and selected the option to talk to an agent and when I said I wanted them to stop calling me - I was hung up on. Today, I tried again. I had an agent with a very thick Indian accent. I asked the name of the compnay and was told "Card Member Services" --- I asked him to confirm --- the name of your co is "Card Member Services" and he confirmed it was.

I then asked where is your co headquarters and the response was they are headquarted in Atlanta, GA but they have centers all over (I would imagine they have call centers in India). I said that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and they cannot call me. The agent constantly talked over top of me and tried to ignore me. I then screamed into the phone that I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - TAKE MY NAME OFF OF YOUR CALL LIST - DO NOT CALL AGAIN! What you are doing is harassment. Then I hung up - this IDIOT then CALLS ME BACK! How annoying!

Card member services call at least 5 times a week. When I push 1 to talk to someone to ask them to stop calling me or ask for a supervisor they hang up. There are two card member services. One is for Chase Bank. The one that calls me doesn't mention any bank name at all. I don't know what their game is but I'd bet it is some kind of scam. My next move is to call the BBB or FTC...

Despite numerous requests to stop calling me,quit this company continues to call me for sbout a year now. Last fall I started keeping a log of dates and times I was called. So far 5 calls this month, 3 in march, 3 in february, 6 in jan., 6 in dec., 3 in nov. after I started to log on 11-15-13. I

ATT will block calls for $53.00 but I live on a very small SS check so cant do that. I am on the do not call list and reported them just to be charged 10.00 each time and told they have too many phone numbers to block.I'm old. I dont know which day will be my last. Why do they harrass prople? How do they benefit? can anyone help me? would changing my number help? what can be done to stop this company? Hello government where are you when we need you? !!!!! Thankfully I didnt give them info.
