Booked a ticket on January for a flight March 31, 2015. Bought an Insurance w/c allows you a full refund in case you move or cancel your flight. First week of February My Boss asked me to stay till May, so I cancelled my ticket. Insurance doesn't work saying the reason is not valid w/c the insurance doesn't said anything about it at the time of purchase.
Well I still have decided to cancel but they charge me 375.00 w/c the 225.00 will be charged again in my card upfront & the 150 will be deducted from the fare amount. I have no choice but to proceed, they told me it takes about 4-6 weeks to process the refund, will I said ok. After 6 weeks has passed no refund has deposited into my account. Called them, 20-30 minutes on hold, transfer to billing department w/c could take you another 30 minutes to 1 hour another hold. The guys speaks w/ an accent w/c is quite hard to understand. They speak like goat.
Finally they told the process was completed and I have to check my Bank, so far nothing, I waited 1 week and another week with nothing in my account. Cant stand a call equivalent to another full charge of your phone. They put you on hold always.
I disputed the Charges, now my bank is still working on that. Today's date April 3, 2015.
