He asked for the proper papers and seemed very interested. He will finally agree to your terms and will tell you that somebody from the finance department will contact you. The only time you will receive a phone call is from a woman named Katie Marshall who will probably change her name. She will tell you she is with the bank of china yet you will see an email address that says bkgrouphongkong.com. There is only a bkhongkong.com. There is a legit bank of china in hong kong, but they add the word group to throw you off. They will tell you that you have to open an account in China and they will send you to some phony law firm with a Chinese name saying that they can help. You will need to open an account and they will tell you how much you need to put in which is crazy for somebody who wants to invest in your company. If you do what they ask for, they will take your money and you will have to pay the fees for a 0 balance because they stole your money. It is a huge scam. Anybody who comes out the wood works and want you to sign a MOU, check them out. They are probably scam artist.
