I purchased a membership in Jerry Norton's and Peter Conti's Lot Flipper Program with Jerry Norton's Capital Homes LLC as the buyer of qualified building lots that I would would obtain for purchase. I began putting together an offer for Capital Homes LLC to buy 2 building lots.

The seller's Realtor requested that I obtain verification from Capital Homes LLC's PNC Bank that their December 31, 2013 bank statement provided by the program to be used as a Proof of Funds, was authentic. The bank quickly called me back and in so many words, told me that the Proof of Funds statement provided was a FAKE.

I can not recommend any program that uses false documentation to entice others to take action and refuses to correct the problem.

5 years working with Jerry

On the surface Jerry comes across as legitimate and savvy in the fix and flip arena. As an investor in five properties, all had a few problems.The last deal was an absolute nightmare and I would've been better off dealing with a 5 year old. If your deal starts to go bad, Norton will absolutley look out for number one and leave with hanging. If you want to know the real scoop on Norton go ahead and email me. I lost over $86K with this con man.

Home buyers should be informed and aware of the following information, especially with making an important and big decision as important as a new home. The following information is fact regarding Capital Homes, the construction process for a driveway, and the warranty denial regarding the driveway: Homeowners and prospects should be aware that Capital Homes utilizes a low cost method during the construction process to install the concrete driveways for their homes. They simply use dirt and sand as the base. Most often without an aggregate and proper base foundation their driveways are often filled with cracks and breaks the entire width of the driveway in less than a year. Capital Homes will not honor any portion of the unsightly cosmetic damages to any exterior concrete with their 1 year warranty. This excerpt is directly from their warranty ““Capital Homes does not warrant, and shall not be responsible for repairing, replacing or correcting, any outside concrete flat work (including but not limited to driveways, walks, and patios) against cracking, flaking, scaling, spalling, pitting, discoloration, expanding, shrinking, settling or any other problems whatsoever…” This information is fact and is by no means made up or frivolous. Buyers be aware of low cost construction methods.
