If you go to thedevilcorp.wordpress.com you will find a plethora of links to news reports, government rulings, lawsuits and video footage showing how these people do business.
Capital Business Solutions is a Cydcor affiliate/subsidiary; that should pretty much tell you everything you need to know.
It's a commission-only, door to door sales job (they tell you they have a base + commission package, but it's pure BS).
They also mentioned ""paid training"" (it's neither paid, nor training. You only get paid if you make sales; and your ""training"" is just following around one of their older sales reps, and hopefully figuring out everything you need to do as you go).
No benefits (they mentioned health care once, but even if that's true, there's NOTHING else).
You're encouraged to lie to customers if it gets them to sign up (even though they will never tell you so plainly).
You work around 60+ hours a week, and unless you're making at least 10 sales a week, it turns out to be much less than minimum wage (especially when you factor in all of the work-related expenses for which they never reimburse you - like mileage, gas, or parking).
They say you can get promoted in a week or so; but your ""promotion"" is a simply a new title with more responsibilities (you have to come to work earlier, stay later, and attend a mandatory weekly party), and NO increase in pay whatsoever!
Whatever they tell you in the interview, this is a door to door sales job, pure and simple.
I definitely get the cult vibe from this place (you have to stand in circles, clap, and call each other demeaning names on a regular basis).
Unless you're a fan of the cydcor business model, commission-only door to door sales, and no benefits, I would stay away from this place.
