Then they have the salesperson sell this free service to their local schools so that the company can use the name of the school. The rep is told to go out selling to local businesses to advertise in the publication that would be distributed by the school to students and parents.
After the money is collected, no printing is done, the sales rep gets fired and never gets paid. The company does this until their name gets a bad reputation, then they close down that company name and open a new one.
