I live in Texas and my mother lives in Florida. I ordered a gift and flower arrangement to be delivered by Tuesday to her. The person on the phone took my number and her number for contact information. On Friday, I found out my mother still didn't get her arrangements but my account was charged $99. I called them and they said security wouldn't let them in. They also tried calling my mother. When I asked them the number they called they gave me the wrong number. They then went on to said that was the number they were given. I then asked them why they didn't call my cell phone.
The woman then put the owner on the phone. The owner said they were going to call me today. I asked why they never called me sooner. He said they were busy. I went from concerned to flat out angry with that response. I explained in a not so calm voice and tone how unprofessional it is to not deliver and wait 3 days for the custoner to call them. The owner and I at this point were in a yelling match. He said he didn't need my money and could just sell the arrangement to someone else. He was rude and arrogant.
I was upset that they took my money but were too busy to call me and tell me they were having issues. This is a classic case of taking my money but not putting the customers needs first. As a matter of fact I didn't even get an apology on their mistake on the number and failure to contact me. I am getting my money back. They at least acknowledged this. Bad customer service and a failure to deliver and contact the customer they were having issues. I had to call them. Keep away from this company and bad customer servicing owner. By the way the owner hung up on me while we were arguing.
