The worst services I have ever used in my life. I honestly have never felt so disrespected as a consumer. I have never written a report on a company that has not satisfied however, the amount of times I have run into issues or complications with this company and their unbelieveable business practice and ethics has lead me to write this to warn other consumers to NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

For some time on a maybe bi-weekly basis my phone lines that I buy with them for my marketing campaigns would go down for hours on end. Usually it would last two hours and then I would not have additional issues, for another few weeks (which I do not find acceptable by any means however, I am understanding to the fact that there are complications from time to time) However, what really broke the straw so to speak is the fact that for five days now my lines have been up and down. The work on occassion and the and they do not work on occasion. At best my connection is sparodic.

This has caused a major issue for my company, these lines are the lines we use to do our marketing and when they are down my money goes to waste because potential consumers are unable to connect to my firm.

The worst part of it all is there clueless, entitled, and quite frankly rude "customer service" they all play the same card, of "I have no idea what the problem is, our developers are taking a closer look". Which cannot be the case because NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. And when I finally got through to so called "management" so idiot named Bill, he flat out said after asking him what the problem is for the millionth time, that he knows that the problem is and it is none of my business? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It is directly my business, LITERALLY.

Not to mention that fact that I am charged money when my lines are down, I am double billed, which wouldn't bother me as much if they actually worked, but as we speak today my lines have been down for four hours, that is money out of my window.

IN SHORT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
