We are a small business that was happy to find CallBright to help with our Internet PPC compaign, CallBright was supposed to provide phone numbers for our campaign and help set it all up properly. During the initial conversation, our rep promissed us to have one month free because we didnt know how many minutes we needed to use. We loved them in the beginning but then it turned out they were not able to provide dynamic tracking we initially discussed prior to signing up with them. We notified the company of our wish to cancel both via email and via mail (which is what the contract required us to do). They claimed not to ever receive our cancelation notice. Then their accounting department started calling, we have notified them as well our services have been canceled, we were told we needed to deal with our account rep Josh. Josh told us he couldnt do anything until the notice was sent again, they are still to confirm notice was received again. I spoke with their Sales Manager [email protected] and was told we need to now pay for 2 months of services even though the company has not been able to provide what we actually hired them for in regards to PPC compaign, as well as they are not able to cancel service until the written notice is received even though we have now sent two. We have offered to pay for one month of services even though we didnt get from the system what we were initially hiring them for but they would not budge on the charges and are yet to cancel our services. One free month that was promissed to us is now somehow a month that would only be considered free after the first three months of completion, which is rediculous if you think of a reason they offered a free month to begin with.
This is a total scam and we hope the company makes it right by canceling the service and letting us pay for one month to be fair, considering they did not deliver what we hired them for. Overall, not the company I would use to support PPC compaigns.
