I purchased a BenQ MW512 3D ready DLP Projector online from californiacomputer.com for $672.89 on 2/11/11. 12 days later after they charged our credit card we still had not recived the projector. we called and spoke to a man named Jayvee who said he would look into where our order was. His response by email on 2/25/11, their is no tracking number yet posted for this order. i will check again later for any updates. we emailed [email protected] again asking for an update. his response was their is still no tracking number and then he asked if we recieved an email that our item was on backorder. this goes on for the next month back and forth of not having a tracking number to the item not being in stock. on march 16 i was told my item would be instock by the 30th of that month. after that it was a one sided conversation with me emailing and calling with no answer until 6/3/11 from [email protected] it said Hi, your order was cancelled. please follow up with your credit card company. we called our bank, they never refunded our money. and to make things worse we were past the 3 month period where our bank could have done somthing about it. so now 4 years later we are still with out the projector and the $672.89. lesson learned, I guess
