THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH IN MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT RENT A HOUSE THRU THEM! THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS WITH THE PROPERTY AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BLAME THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. I WISH I HAD NEVER RENTED THRU THEM! THEY CALL THEMSELVES A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUT THAT IS A BUNCH OF CRAP BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING! BEWARE!!!!!!

We are in agreement. We have been the neighbors of this company for the last 2 renters within the last 6 years. It just gets worse & worse. We complained to California Investors several times - they don't care. Unfortunately, the owner of the property, Michael Pinheiro, who lives in the Bay area doesn't care either. As long as the renter get their money, no one sees anything. We are fed-up! How can you expect to have good neighbors when the property looks like a trash & dump heap? We have wanted to move for the last 5 years; yet, we can not even consider putting our house up for sale because of the condition of this property. 3 Pit bulls, four yap, yap dogs, a squawking bird, 14 people in a 3 bedromm, 1 bath, a mound of carpet & padding in the back yard that extends 8 feet high, 14 feet long. We are so done!!

Do not rent through these people. They are unresponsive and could care less if your property gets rented or not. My house sat vacant for two months until I finally rented it out myself. In the time that they "managed" my property, there were many accounting errors that I had to make calls to correct, and charges to my account that weren't listed on my statement. They tried to make me feel like they were doing me a huge favor when I had them correct these. Unresponsive, unprofessional and full of it.

We were leasing our home prior to California Investors coming in and taking over. Randy Bryant is the most rude and abrasive person I think I have ever come in contact with. They refused to make repairs on the property after water leaks. The allowed safety issues and refused to reimburse over 1800.00 in repairs then when we withheld the funds from our rent and demanded repairs they started the eviction process. They are scum. I would never reccomend them as a management company as a renter or a home owner and I have been both. We rented our house and we treated it like we lived there after we moved out.

This "Management" company has got to be one of the most unorganized, uneducated, and arrogant group of people I have ever dealt with. When we moved out of our house they tried to charge us for items that we put in NEW when we moved out (can't explain all of the details in less than 1000 characters). They also mailed our so-called refund well past the 21 days they are allowed under CA civil code 1950.5. When we sent a letter to dispute the refund amount we had to remind them of this and that we could sue for THREE TIMES OUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. We told them we would settle for a reasonable amount as we do have two kids and a large dog which can do some premature wear and tear to a property. They backed down immediately after they received our letter to dispute and only kept $200 of our $1500 deposit. It helps to do a little research against these snakes. Don't let them rip you off!
