Customers must pay in full before goods are delivered, we did this on good faith. The project that was to be 2 weeks was over 2 months and still wrong.
The first day the cabinets were hung wrong, next day rehung now we have holes in our new cabinets for every one thing the company did( sub contracted through Joe Braccio Co.) more things went wrong including trying to put an interior door as an exterior door.
My mother who is 87 YO and waited a long time and saved for this. We just wanted this nightmare to come to an end, as my mother is not in the best of health and was having chest pains over this.
The granite in the showroom we picked out was not the quality of the one we recieved. The granite was pieced together where it shouldn't be and the sink hole is totally off. The granite is hanging over the sink approx. an inch in some spots this is to be flush with an undermount sink.The 6 foot backsplash was in 3 pieces and the highbar 6 foot long was in 2 pieces..
We have had other reputable, licensed granite dealers over to look and they were appalled by the condition and installation of the granite.
Lastly ,my mother mistakenly wrote a check from her wrong account for $1,000. (the bank was to transfer the funds and did not) the check was returned.
As an after thought we didn't feel we should pay the last amount due to the wrong granite, installation, aggravation and stress that we were put through.
Well Joe Braccio felt it necessary to send two men to BULLY,strong arm, Harass and intimidate my mother with papers saying she gave them a bogus check. She was alone at the time and was confused as to what was happening, as I, her daughter had to go out of stste on a medical emergency. She gave them there monies to get rid of them. .
It is my opinion, this business does the bait and switch tactics on the granite and other work that is to be done.
Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and research, research, research.
Be sure the company is licensed.
If all else fails go to Homedepot or Lowes you'll get a better product.
I am with you. Basically had the same things happen. Paying upfront ensures they get their money and do not care how or when the job gets completed. Only one cabinet was hung incorrectly, but the cabinets had to be replaced numerous times because of defects. The granite has chips and cracks and is poor quality, which was verified by a reputable granite installer. I only rated them one star because there is not a lower number. Stay away from Cabinet Warehouse. They have disabled their Facebook feature which allows for reviews because they had so many negative feedback.

If I could give a zero I would. Cabinets are shabby. Work us not up to par. Also hung one of my cabinets backward.
Took 2 months to complete a 10 day project. Paid all money up front, therefore no recourse. Paid cash. Stay away from this company.
