I gave it 1star, SIMPLY because i couldnt give it a -1!!!! If you f*** with this company, I will gladly send you an application to join the Dumb and The Restless cast! Excuse my language.....but this mothaf**** been running this scam for years!! Everytime I have ordered from them, it has been a FIGHT AND STRUGGLE to get my s***. I work hard and as a black man, dont f*** with my money!! I ordered from them three times, and it took MONTHS......notice the (s) on months, to get what i paid for. I had to act a fool to get my order!!!! Their shipping practices are horrendous, frustrating, and the reason i dont f*** with black owned businesses. I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Im gonna posts on every consumer site until I shut that s*** down!! No more scamming black men out of their money!!! Again, hear me.......DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Long Story:
I see now that my situation with this company is not unique. Placed an order on 5/16/2014. I never received a confirmation email. Originally I sent an email stating that I didn't receive the confirmation and asking for verification that my order was received and an estimated shipping date if possible.
2 weeks passed and no response. I messaged the company on twitter asking if someone could check the email. No response again though I could see that the page was posting updates and other activity.
Finally messaged them on facebook on 5/31/14. They responded, "send an email to [email protected]." I replied that I did already and had no response. Received a very curt response that it would be addressed on Monday.
Of course Monday came and went. I messaged them again on Tuesday 6/3/14. Recieved the response "Orders shipping today."
I waited patiently but received nothing. On 6/19/14 I messaged him again. Two weeks had passed since the date he told me it would ship.
This time he responded that he had a car accident. Mind you he was posting twitter messages this whole time. Told me he was in the emergency room. He had been in the emergency room for two weeks. Was being released that day. (Isn't that convenient?)
At this point I requested a refund (still 6/19/14). He stated that they don't issue refunds. The "About" section on the webpage has a section on refunds saying they do, but ok. Honestly i would rather just have my order and have the whole thing behind me. he told me to expect it in 72 hours.
He messaged me on 6/22/14 asking for my info saying it would ship momentarily never mind that i was told to expect within 72 hours on 6/19/14. He actually told me this order isn't overdue yet. (This is over a month after the order was placed) He told me it isn't actually due for two weeks.
...On 7/7/14 i message again foolishly asking for a status. This time I'm told i will receive tracking that night. I'm skeptical. But I actually do receive a 2-day Priority tracking number. It's the kind you buy online without actually delivering anything but it's something. I am told again to expect it within 72 hours.
I message him on 7/12/14. Strangely there is still no tracking info available on a 2-day Priority package that allegedly shipped 5 days ago. I'm told that it stays that way until it's delivered. Does he think he is the only person that has ever mailed anything?
Today is 7/16/14. A full week after I received the 2-day tracking info. USPS tracking says they still have not received the package to ship.
Finally gave up today and requested a charge back from the credit card company.
