I can't beleive I fell for this scammer. I am a realtor and sighned up with Buyerhomesite.com for internet leads, for a monthly fee of $195. My very first lead was bogus. When I called the phone number, the gentleman denied that he was the name given to me and that he had ever searched online for a home in my area. We chatted for a few minutes, and he wished me luck on getting restitution from this bogus company.
This company needs to be shut down and it's owners put in jail.
Do not make the same mistake I did......it's a total waste of money.
This company called me out of the blue to sell me verified exclusive leads. They said the initial setup is $100 one time charge and then $299 per month. They guaranteed me 15 to 20 verified exclusive leads per month due to the advertising on their site. After 3 weeks, I had received a total of 6 leads, 5 of which had bad phone numbers or wrong information. I called to cancel and obtain a refund as instead of receiving the 15 to 20 leads as promised, I only received 1 lead that was valid. They were not willing to refund the money I was charged and they insist that they only sell advertising not leads and they can't control what the advertising produces. If that is the case, then why do they have their salespeople calling people and promising a certain number of leads and also saying they are verified and exclusive. They have their salespeople lying in order to obtain business. The only way I would spend this kind of money on producing leads, is if I knew for sure the leads would be valid and I am the only person receiving the leads. They provided absolutely nothing at all and they charge $399 for it. I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, but this company already has an F rating with the BBB and they don't care and they don't address any complaints. So, I have filed a complaint with the FTC to see if that gets any results. If anyone else is dealing with this company, file a complaint with the FTC becuase if they get enough complaints, they will investigate for fraud and could potentially shut this business down. Not that it will get me my $400 bucks back or anything like that, but something needs to be done about this bogus business!
