I am a real estate agent. I received a call from this company who promised high quality buyer leads in my area. The cost was $299.00 for 15 leads per month. If the 15 leads did not materialize, they would roll out until 15 leads had been received before they would charge my CC for the next month.
For the first few days, I received no leads and when I called, I was told that I had received three leads. I checked my trash (poetic) and found that I had indeed unwittingly trashed one lead, however, there were no other leads to be found. I called back to complain and was told that they would discount the two missing leads.
Shortly afterwards, the "so called" leads started to arrive. I have received 7 leads in 22 days. as the leads came in, I called the numbers associated with the leads. Without exception, the response was either "The number you have called has been disconnected or is no longer in service, or a message stating "All circuits are busy, please try your call again later".
I tried messaging the email address provided, and I am still waiting for a response from any one of them.
In one instance, the address the "so called" lead was inquiring about was none existant.
To date, I have not been able to make a connection with any one of the leads provided by this company.
This company is not equipped to provide a quality service and they are duping people into believing that they are a finely tuned, high quality, real estate buyer lead provider.
This could not be further from the truth, and when I called them to complain. I was told "Your first month isn't up until December 24, 2014 call me on December 29th 2014.
This company and the sales person with whom I was dealing, are cavallier and not at all responsive to their customers needs. They will tell you that it is all your fault because they verify all email addresses. They do not verify phone numbers.
Do not have any dealings with this company, their claims are worthless and expensive. It's the fastest $299.00 I have ever been scammed out of. Needless to say I will not be buying any more junk from this company.

I received a call from an initial telemarketer named Jason Amos that wanted to interest me in mortgage leads. I said he could give me the pitch and he said he would transfer me to Justin. This would have been the same liar mentioned in other rip-off reports. Instead, someone came on and identified themself as Tony. Tony told the same lie that was sited in a rip-off report about Justin. These scammers are promising good mortgage leads.
