Every statement in the 2 previous reports is 100% true. Butler transport will say anything they can to get you in the door and 99% of it is a lie. No sign on bonus, no detention pay, no breakdown pay, no on time bonuses. They will screw you in any and every way they can. Miles are very inconsistent, varying between 1000-3500/week, usually 1500-2400.
DIspatchers are not looking out for you in any way, and are some of the most ignorant, lazy human beings that I have ever met. It is impossible to get ahold of them if you need anything, and forget about them actually looking out for your best interests. After being with this company for over 2 years, I have recently found another, much better job. Butler is making it impossible for me to get home to clean out my truck, even though I had requested home time off over a month in advance.
As far as the skimming of money...absolutely true!!! I recently noticed over $150.00 taken out of my check in comchecks that I never even used. I went back and compared my records to my settlement sheets, and this has been an ongoing thing. Who knows how much they have been stealing from their hardworking employees. DO NOT ever consider working for this company. Do your homework and talk to drivers. This is an across the board, ongoing issue and not an isolated incident with one or 2 drivers.
