I ordered a t-shirt and promptly got a confirmation meal with my order number and word to look out for a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Their site says they ship next business day, but after a week I hadn't gotten any other communication. I emailed them through my personal email and got no response. Two days later I messaged them about my order through the we side inquiry function and got no response.
Meanwhile I looked in my confirmation email for a phone number to talk to someone directly (the email says to call during normal business hours for questions, but provides no phone number). Their website also has no registered phone number. The only address they have on file is a return address in Allentown Pennsylvania that turns up some shady google search results. There seems to be no connection between the address and any physical location for the company.
There is also no record of bull-shirt on any list of Allentown businesses.
Two days after i sent my second email I opened a paypal dispute and they immediately escalated it to a claim. Through paypal as an intermediary, I told the company that despite the delay I would still prefer to get the t-shirt instead of having them refund me, but got no response from bull-shirt through the paypal dispute. Paypal contacted the company four times over the course of the 10 days they had to resolve the issue on their end. Paypal got no response either and finally forced a refund from the company and closed the case in my favor. The last communication I got from bull-shirt was an automated refund sauce email after the paypal case was closed.
My thoughts: this company is shady as hell. No phone number, no address, new website, and nonexistent communication and customer service, despite the website's profession on their customer service age. Also, few to no product reviews on the site from customers who have actually received their items. I've only seen one, upon searching, and it seemed generic enough to be fake. Even though bull-shirt uses real legit brands of screen printing base tees (that have their own legit websites and business records), the site itself seems like a total scam.
At least they have customers use paypal as an intermediary so that credit and debit information is protected and so that claims can be made and refunds forced. I would never trust them with my credit card without paypal and I will never consider shopping with them again. Instead I'm finding a local screenprinting company to replicate their design on the same brand/style tee. I'm glad I've been refunded (paypal is a life saver!!!), but that was such a hassle. It's not worth anyone else attempting to get lucky with better customer service than I received. Just say no, friends!!!!!
