Do not hire Arkady Bukh and his firm! Stay away! I went to him for help regarding a custody case regarding my 6-year old son. I was very scared and desperate with the thought of loosing my child when I met Arkady Bukh . He promised me that if I paid him five thousand dollars cash upfront, I would have my child back the next day. The next day, the judge did not rule in my favor and my child ended up in the foster care system. I realized that Arkady Bukh and his associates do not know anything about family law. After he took my five thousand dollars in cash, I never heard from him again up until the next court appearance was coming up. That's when I started receiving threatening calls from his account manager named Artem that if I do not come up with another five thousand cash before the court date, the firm would make sure that they would not represent me and they would make sure that I never see my child again. This is against any humanitarian law that an attorney who is supposed to protect your rights actually threatened to harm his own client in pursuit of money. Beware and do not be fooled by Bukh and associates. He only cares about money and you will never hear from him after you pay!!!

In this case, he tried to keep postponing my case close to the year mark. But thank god I did my own investigation and found out that he never filed any paperwork for my case.
