Yes I recive their catalogs monthly. Each and everyone of them states they match prices. Well they don't and won't. They also own True Swords in which sells a sword display rack. 48 UC1060 sells for $19.99 Budk catalog is the same stock number but it is $29.99. So why not price match. When you order from True Swords, Chkadels, Kennesaw and Budk. Budk ships everything for all 4 internet websites. So if you order the displays from true swords Budk will fill the order at $19.99 each and ship it to you. But you order it from Budk they will charge you $29.99 and ship it too you the same display rack. No matter who I talk to they wont price match. Why

I placed an order with Budk on june 8 2014 and paid for 2 day express as I needed it before fathers day. I was givin a confirmation number and approved alls well so far. Come to find out a few days later the company had placed my order on hold and put it in fraud status.

upon contacting them I found out that orders that exceed a certain dollar amount must be called in and verified. That would have been fine provided they gave some sort of notification on there web page or better upon check out. I asked them to comp me the shipping as it was there error and now my items would not get here on time and they refused. they claimed the shipping was already processed and could not be altered.

Ok fine so I asked them to apply a 10% discount to my order to which the reply was "sure we can do that" I told them thank you that will at least neutralize the shipping cost. all of a sudden the woman says "oh actually I cant do that as your package has already been processed". so? This should have no relevace on applying a 10% refund to my card I tell her. She refused so I told her I no longer want the merchandise and am verbally recinding authorization to charge my card. I was told I could not cancel my order and my card would be charged acordingly. I stressed my non interest in the merchandise and reiterated I DO NOT approve of my card being used and that to do so now would be fraud on their end.

I was told the order was already in shipping status and they had to charge the card but I would be welcome to return the package for a full refund minus the shipping costs. She then said that she could offer me a 10% discount on a future purchase from budk, as if I would want to go back to them. This all from a company that plasters their web page with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
