I was given a phone quote, during which I itemized almost everything we were planning to move between provinces. I was promised a call prior to the day they were supposed to pick up - didn't get one, I called them 5 mins before closing and gave directions. They were an hour late showing up to pickup.
I was promised a weight and an actual confirmed balance with on 24 hours, which never came. I called every other day and was always told I'd get a callback, which never came.
I was told our things would be delivered within 10 days of pickup and that the truck was leaving the 31st, and on day 9 (today, the 6th) finally got a hold of the original customer service rep, who said they'd be there in 3 days and gave me the balance, which was over 33% more than the original quote.
At my outrage, she proceeded to tell me that the rep covering for her (she'd been away) didn't "do long distance" and wasn't "comfortable answering questions". She then offered to waive the destination charge, which she had told me she'd do during her first original call with me to get my business.
She then proceeded to tell me that she owned the business and had no senior manager when I asked to speak to the owner/higher manager.
I requested a major discount due to the fact that I didn't receive a weight slip within 24 hours of pickup, didn't receive a balance, and not one callback in 9 days of calling, not to mention that my belongings still aren't here. She refused, did not appologize, and was rude, making me out to be the villian as she had been away at a dying family members side and wasnt responsible. This is scamming, dishonesty, and poor service at its absolute finest. Do NOT use this company.
