o whomever might consider hiring this company because of their advertised low price, here is how it works; in my learned opinion of course. You will be given a ten yard dumpster. It will look to be just the right size for what you have. You will fill it as I did, with household junk; nothing too heavy, plenty of things that weigh ounces but take up an inordinate amount of space like rabbit fencing that's rolled and yet loosely so it takes up a few cubic feet of the cubic yardage. And then you'll finish, and a month later get a credit card prepaid reciept/invoice stating you were not a few pounds but a couple TONS overweight and your little 300 dollar investment will become over 400 and the budget in the company name will seem to be a joke on you.
They will tell you, you should have known; they will deny their clever 1 ton limit means that the 10 yard dumpster should really only be filled to a third of its height to stay within the contract. When you ask for documentation from the landfill they used they will instead send you a new copy of their invoice. They will argue they have no idea what sort of material you'll put in the dumpster, and I will speculate that 80 to 100% of their clients have been charged for being overweight; unless of course they have a cottage business selling down pillows and they have a garagefull of stuffing to get rid of.
This is opinion of course. In my opinion anyone hiring this company after reading this review deserves what they get.
I ordered a dumpster from this company. They promised delivery on a Friday. Well, Friday came but the dumpster didn't. On Monday, I called them and asked what happened. They appologized and told me they had over-booked. They even said I could keep the dumpster an extra two weeks if I wanted. They sounded sincere, so I told them to bring it out when they got one. They brought it on the following Thursday.
I kept the dumpster for two weeks then made a request for the dumpster to be removed on their website. They sent me an email confirming my request and I thought it was done. After 3 days, I called them to ask why they hadn't picked it up. They said they were overwelmed by emails, and I should have called. (they should tell you this on their website where it says click here to schedule a pickup) They scheduled the pickup for the next day.
Two weeks later, I get a charge on my credit card for $80. I called to ask why. The lady was really rude saying I had it 8 days longer than I should have. I asked her to check the records and she would see that I did not have it longer than the days I was supposed to, and that I was even promised an extra two weeks because they didn't deliver on time. She would not budge.
This company has a website and offers to deliver dumpsters all over the country. They appear to be a broker of some sort subcontracting with dumpster companies in various cities.
The service I received was autrocious and I felt like they did everything possible to get additional days. I felt ripped off, and will never use them again. I told them in advance I was going to be reviewing them all over, and they didn't seem to care. If you use them, make sure you document every promise they make and check around, I'm sure there are cheaper places to get this service. This is the most expensive dumpster I have ever rented.
I ordered a dumpster from them over a month ago and never received it, I called and they claimed the delivery driver no longer did my area so they just took my money and never contacted me they then set me up with a new delivery truck well it’s been a week and no show I called and canceled this place is a joke with rude service. Did they think I would forget this business is so unprofessional and needs to be shut down who the hell do they think they are some one needs to put their whole ass business in a dumpster just throw it away.
