This was the worse business I have every been too, first I place my order on a Saturday the guy told me call him on Monday for a delivery date. I waited until Thursday to call, when I called the first time he said he will call me back never did then I called again he said he will call me back never did. I waited again until Monday when I called he said he wanted me to call him back in an hour he is working with a customer. I did not believe him so I drove to the store, when I got there he was not doing anything (I live a minute away). Finally on Thursday he stated he had my furniture (2 weeks later) and will ship it out that day or tomorrow, they delivered it on that Thursday. I had a balance to pay, when I went to the store on Monday he stated don't worry about the balance you can pay it after they deliver it. He called me right after they delivered it (around 8pm) and asked about the balance I said I will come too the store and pay it the tomorrow. That morning I get a knock on my door from the delivery people saying they want the balance or they have to take back the furniture, I talked to the sales person over the phone and he said because his boss told him he should not have delivered the furniture without the remaining balance he could not let the stand stay there without the money. I was at work and my sister was there ( she does not have any money) and I did not have money on my debit card to pay over the phone so I could not pay it that way, I said I would pay it wants I get off work (like I told him the day before). They took the stand and he said I could not get a refund because the top of the TV stand had 1 little scratched and he already cancelled my order. I was so mad about the whole ordeal, please don't shop there they are ghetto and have terrible customer service.
