My car developed an issue with the injector valves within 4 weeks of ownership. autoroute took the car back several times but refused to believe there was an issue with the car stting they had tested it. I took it to vauxhalls and they said there was indeed an issue with the injector valves issueing me with a quote of £600.00 for the job (mostly labour - only £40.00 parts), autoroute stated to me that they required the fault to happen to them in order to diagnose it and asked how could vauxhauls diagnose it without seeing the issue happen, I stated i am not a mechanic and asked them to phone vauxhauls, they refused. Next I phoned a diesel specilist who also said, get autoroute to phone them, again another refusal.
They took the car three times, once for a whole week and was insistant that the issue did not happen to them so they will not fix it, despite me showing them a video of it not working. I also left my car overnight in a position (nose up) at the diesel specilists place, that was told to me that would cause the issue to occur the next morning if there was an issue. It happened and the specilist said they needed to do a leak off test in order to be certain but as suspected by vauxhauls it come out that there was a fault where vauxhauls had said.
On top of that, I have had the car 4 months now and here are the other issues I have found with the car but cannot be bothered to approach autoroute about because of their attitude. sevear leak in boot, replaced 4 tyres, radion buttons on radio do not work, passenger side window up/down button not working, rear wiper not working, glass on both mirrors fallen off, alternator belt slipped off because wheel it sat on broke apart.
I paid £1700.00 for that car and have a cheaper quote for £388.00 to fix injectors, £250.00 alternator wheel, paid £250.00 for tyres, paid another £40.00 for mirror glass = total £2628.00 in other words, stay well away from this company as they sell falling apart cars that should be in the junk yard.
