After mine and my partners flight from LAX to Jamaica was cancelled we were offered a full refund. after nearly 7 weeks and many, MANY emails and international phone calls, Bravofly are still saying they are waiting for the refund from the airline. i have contacted the airline and obtained the proof of refund receipt between them and Bravofly yet they still claim to not have the money. the only time they will contact me is when i leave a poor review and last time i spoke to them they said it could take upto 1 YEAR!!! to receive the refund as the airline still has it. in my opinion this is a blatant lie in an attempt to keep our money. What you are doing is fraudulent Bravofly. i look forward to your standard reply to this review and token phone call saying "we haven't received the money from the airline yet, we will look into it" like i have received every other time i have left a poor review. SHAME ON YOU BRAVOFLY

I tried to book flights from Tokyo to vancouver for two people and received an email shortly after stating the money had been frozen from my account yet the booking was not confirmed.

I contacted bravofly several times to get clarification as to why the booking had not been confirmed and they stated it was their system that did not confirm it yet they still froze my money.

I contacted my financial institution and they told me they had authorized the payment and gave me a form to send to to bravofly so they could speed up the process of the refund. When I emailed this form to bravofly there was no reply, I emailed them again with no reply and they still have not replied about sending this form back to my bank! Have tried calling several numbers listed and none of them work!

We are traveling and need that money to purchase flights through another company!! This is totally unacceptable and we want our money returned to us!

They are a dodgy company that will take your money, the customer service is disgusting, never book through them as you will not get a flight and no response from customer service!

Avoid Bravofly Scam

I was checking prices for flights when I was on scyscanner page and I was forwarded to bravofly. Bravofly processed immediately and promptly charged my Visa credit card even when I clicked on Visa Electron. I wasn’t intended to use my credit card, I preferred to check if I can pay with my Visa Electron debit card but the bravofly payment system promptly charged my credit card even if I hadn’t chosen the the credit card botton. I got confirmation email but the phone number on the email was a number which cost 6€ for 10 minutes and which only could be called if paying by credit card. That would be also a scam to credit card. However it was a Saturday and I couldn’t contact my bank and bravofly so I lost 564€ from my credit card. I couldn’t pay the amount back to my bank and I got blacklisted. Be aware of Bravofly fraud. They use dirty tricks to charge people credit cards, probably they have their offices and call centers abroad where they can charge credit cards faster.

I contacted their head office in Italian swiss and I’ll sue on court. Further I’ll report this case to the authorities. Please contact me with your name, address and email if you are also a victim of Bravofly fraud.

Bravofly is an online service selling cheap flight tickets.

Customer service is the worst I experienced so far.

Batteling with them since April to get a compensation

for the stuff up Bravofly caused by not changing the flight

to the dates I requested.

Causing me additional expenses

like buying another flight ticket to be able to fly from Bangkok to Sydney.

Expensive overseas calls to Chiasso in Switzerland from a public phone at Bangkok airport.

Forex exchange fees.

And still waiting.

After over 5 month they commited to refund 60 euro a far cry from the many hundred dollars I spend.

And still waiting to get the compensation for all the stuff ups they caused me.

I booked a flight for myself and my wife on February 14th, 2014, online with Delta Airlines, through Bravofly. Delta then cancelled the flight on June 9th, then processed a payment to Bravofly on June 11th.

Since then, I have contacted Bravofly via Facebook, Facebook Private Message and e-mail because they have not re-issued my funds, and each and every time I am completely ignored. I have even gone as far as saying that I will be contacting a lawyer, and I am still ignored.

I have a hotel room booked and paid for in September at my destination and I now have no flights or funds to use the hotel room. This is obviously of huge distress to myself and my family, as I have not been home in two years and was looking forward to getting away and seeing everyone again.

I hope someone can advise. I did not use a credit card transaction - just a debit card.

I booked a flight with them last May. The airline made a change by the end of June and I got notified. I had the choice to accept or deny the change, which I denied. Bravofly neither responded nor communicated to me that they confirmed as if I accepted the change. I tried to call their number during business hours and It just hangs. I called the airline directly and they were happy to assist.

Fast forward, yesterday I got a notice that my flight was cancelled. I responded immediately to get a refund. Now they are saying that if I were to choose a full refund back to my original credit card, they will only submit a refund request for 2986.00 US Dollars out of the amount of 3052.44 US Dollars that I paid. Adding insult to injury, they said the refund is not "guaranteed" (even if the flight was cancelled altogether) and it could take months to process, if ever! Again, I called the airline's customer care, and they affirmed to me that I as soon as they get the refund request from the agent they will process it instantaneously. Abviously, Bravofly is playing the bully here.

I am planning to file a charge-back with my credit card company and report them to the proper agencies. Please feel free to list any agency or public office I need to reach out to so others do not fall under this costly mistake.

We booked and paid for a fight throught bravofly. We received a notice that the airline had cancelled our flight, but they provided an alternative. We accepted the alternative. It's been a week now and we have received no confermation and they are not answering our emails. This company charges by the minute to call them. We are leaving on our vacation tomorrow, this is very stressful they are ruining our vacation. Please warn others to stay away from these people.
