February 2014 - Bradley Company and Great Lakes was not known in the Grand Rapids area.
March 2014 – Bradley Toothaker and Bradley Company hired John Mundell to open a Grand Rapids office which both Bradley and Mundell use to work at CBRE offices. Mundell, while at CBRE bought one of his client’s properties, without the client’s knowledge. This is against the Relators Boars of Ethics. Mundell settled out of court with the seller for an undetermined amount.
March 2014 – One of Mundell’s first assignments at Bradley was to sell and lease over 20 MLS listings for a local developer. He also took financial information on 22 of the developer’s properties. He never ran the MLS listings. Instead, John Mundell, Bradley Toothaker and Great Lakes Capital used the developer’s financial information that he had given to them and purchased the note without the developer’s permission.
Bradley Company and its affiliates have also done the following:
Broke locks off of developers leased units that were within a building that the developer owned and left many leased units unlocked.
Had developer’s car towed while developer was still in possession of the leased space.
Took developers high-low / forklift, although Bradley was aware that the developer was planning to remove it themselves. The high-low was damaged in the process.
Had one of the developers employees arrested for removing property from the developers leased unit
Trying to take developers last remaining assets
I have seen what Bradly Company, Bradley Toothaker, John Mundell and Great Lakes Capital and its affiliate companies have done to this developer. They are some of the most dishonest and unethical scammers that I have ever seen. Do not let them do this to you, as it destroyed this developer and his family.
