2nd time i have made order with a guranteed delivery date, followed up with a phone call to verify and then be told 5 days later , that item is not in stock and i must scramble to get gift else where and pay exorbant shipping charges to get my gift for a loved one delivered on time. have emailed to cancel my order but customer service does not email an answer and my account still shows that it is goi ng to be sent at some point in the future.
I ordered daughter-in-law jewel box on Oct 29, 2014 and received it on November 6 without the engraved name heart on the box. I called and after being on hold for 18 minutes and 58 seconds I was told to keep the original one and they would send me the engraved heart that I could attach with a "string". I said no I want a new box and they were to reorder.
On November 14 I called (on hold for 8 minutes and 16 seconds) and spoke with Bella who stated it was at the jewelers and would be forthcoming.
On December 2 I called (on hold for 23 minutes 11 seconds)and was put on hold for another 10 minutes while she spoke with her supervisor who said it was in reserve waiting to be shipping out.
I checked the shipping status on line and it said it would not be sent out until the 16th and I sent an email stating I was told on Dec 2 it was ready for shipping and it was for my daughter-in-law's birthday on 12-17 not for Christmas. I received an email stating it takes 4-6 weeks from the time I ordered it.
Today is 12-17 and I checked on line to see if it was sent out and it stated now that it won't be shipped out until Dec 22. It won't even make it here by Christmas.
This is terrible. I sent another email telling them how PISSED I am and how totally unprofessional they are as a company and should be ashamed of theirselves, but it does't matter to them.
Ordered two bracelets on 10-26-14, enclosing check for full amount plus S&H. Bank statement shows check was cashed by Bradford but I never received the product. I did receive a notice (after they obtained my money) asking for payment for the bracelet. The notice spoke only of one bracelet instead of the two I ordered.
I sent a reply along with a bank copy of my check which they received and cashed and have not yet received the product for which I have paid.
Contact with their customer service gave me a person to talk to and explain my predicament, but she then switched me to a machine recording which gave me no satisfaction at all.
I order from The Bradford Exchange and never got my last two set from the order of " Mystic Watcher" my set looks funny with out it. hanging on the wall. I would never buy from them again.
I paid $88.94 fro it. so don't buy from them its a SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE YOU ALL THE SETS.
