Had to pay 2 different times for what should've been only once.
Incompetant original a/c tech came out. Paid with a creit card. Did not find / fix the issue from what he was priginally called out to do.
Called the company afterwards & told them they need to send out a tech that knows what they are doing & that I am not paying again. This was about 5:30pm on a Monday. The secretary told me that they have someone that could come out when he finishes up his nearby call.
The next tech came out & did check some of the issues the original tech did not.
Proceeded to tell me I had to pay $149 for an "after hours" service call.
This was never mentioned to me by the secretary as I did not need them to come out that evening, it could've been any day or time.
I argued that price & then informed him that I told the secretary that I am not paying for another service call since I already paid & the other tech did not do his job for which he was hired for.
He dropped the price to $98 & applied a coupon for $20 off.
I still said I do not feel as though I should pay again & I would like to speak to his boss. He states that they are all home & not at the office & he has to collect payment now. (funny how they don't have a cell number for their boss huh?)
He says he will have his boss contact me the next day. I reluctantly paid AGAIN.
Noone ever contacted me. I had to call their office numerous times. I spoke with the shop foreman who never returned my call Then 8 days later I spoke with Todd one of the owners.
Todd never called me back either, he sent me an email stating that he would not be refunding me etc.
It appears I have no choice now but to take legal action against this company.
Horrible customer service!!
To make matters worse, my credit card company now tells me that this company has my credit card on file as "recurring!!"
