My wife got on this website by mistake instead of the one I gave her. She was to order two concert tickets to a show at Red Rocks. She ended up getting charged $88.00 more than if whe was on the correct website. I called in an attempt to cancel the order and sat on hold for 90 minutes. Finally gave up. Do not do business with the POS outfit!!!
I called looking to buy tickets for Disney on Ice. I discussed several different seating locations in the arena, all of different price ranges. During the conversation I asked if there was a service charge on top of the ticket price. I was told, "No." After choosing seats, and agreeing to the final price (which I assumed was the cost of the 4 tickets--shame on me for not adding quickly in my head while I was at work), I was shocked that my invoice had a $30.81 service charge along with a $7.50 charge to email me the tickets! When I called to complain, the company said that when I asked about a service charge, that there was no service charge on those particular seats but that I should have asked if there was a service charge on the seats I ultimately purchased. Really???? This company hides extra fees. Please learn from my expensive mistake!!!
