I ordered a lower leg pet harness for my dog last June after he had a back leg injury. I searched the web and found this website in California. So I phoned in with questions and wanted to do a phone order. He insisted I place the order via his website. After I gave him details of my dogs breed, weight, and sizes of his neck, chest, length, and hind legs. He told me I definitely needed a small harness. My dogs weight was 24.5 lbs, but he has a very broad chest.
I was concerned and told him i would like to order the medium. He insisted a small was the right size so I took his expert advice and ordered the small for $93.45. When I received the harness in the mail I held it near my dog and immediately realized that it would not fit and there was no reason to even try it on. When I phoned him and said I need to exchange it for a medium or get a full refund. He flat out said read the website, no refunds! Even though it was due to his bad advice he sent me the wrong size! All the while my poor dog had to be carried everywhere.
It was his insistence that I ordered the small even though I felt a small would not fit. He should have apologised and either offered me a full refund or replaced it with the proper size which would have been a medium top and small bottom. Or referred me to the manufacturer in N.C. who would have been happy to send a medium top and small bottom. I know because I called them.
His attitude was not only rude it was also bad business and poor customer service to treat a customer like that. Do not do business with Watson's Pet Supply!
