Furthermore, boostyourcampaign.us frames it to be as if it is our fault for our failure to edit, as if it our job.
boostyourcampaign.us does not refund money, as we learned it the hard way... A waste of 129 dollars and our time. We never received one donation to our indiegogo campaign thanks for boostyourcampaign.us.
Dear competitor. We are pro reviews- but against a website which allows competitors to post reviews without the need to sign in, nor limit the options to post various times again (and again). Please understand that posting negative reviews in the hope your competitor will Get a lower sales is, except a bad business practice, not working. We get most of our customers through the word of mouth and secondly from direct marketing and communication.
Please note that you need to get your facts straight:
First of all: the Pro package ($129) doesn't come with any press services. Please check the services before you post reviews. Secondly, when a customer buys a Gold or Platinum package, we offer an unlimited number of reviews.
I hope you decide to focus on helping customers and campaigns, and not spam competitors :)
LOL these idiots tried to scam me this week too. Got a nice spam message from these folks on my Indiegogo campaign. Wow boostyourcampaign is such a classic nigeria scam (or whatever third world country they’re hiding in) its almost comical. I don’t see how any intelligent person would ever hand over their credit card in the first place. Either way they messed with the wrong guy because I’ve already alerted my friends at Indiegogo. They confirmed today that they’re aware of the scam and they’re working to shut their sorry asses down! I also told them that their website (http://boostyourcampaign.us) is a complete fake copy of other websites I’ve seen online from doing just 15 minutes of research on how to boost your campaign.
Here’s the spam comment they tried to leave on my indiegogo campaign (from a fake account that Indiegogo banned shortly after -- SCAM!):
“Hi! Congratulations with your campaign!
Are you still looking for more funders, GUARANTEED press coverage (unique in the market) and social media ‘buzz’?
Part of an international marketing company, we are dedicated to help campaigns like yours to get the most out of Indiegogo by boosting your page rank (gogo factor), press coverage, social media buzz and targeted traffic, all crucial to get funded.

I’ll check back in a few months and probably get an error msg “sorry, boostyourcampaign.us has been shut down”. I’LL MAKE DAMN SURE OF IT. Nice try scammers! :)
As a potential customer I searched for reviews of BYC before I made payment to purchase your product. Your response to the viewer above is what will make me probably look to your competitor. No offense, BYC but your response is full of grammatical errors and is indicative of a company in which English is not the first language of the staff, or at least the person who responded to this review. That is a major red flag for a potential customer to see that response. You basically proved what the original reviewer said about your failure to edit and be professional. Secondly, when responding to a review its never good to attack a reviewer. It makes other customers nervous. Just my opinion and I give you only 3 stars to stay neutral, but I will have to pass on your service. Take care.
