Was to receive a samsung phone for $3.00 delivery. Gave them my master card number and now they added another $55.00 to the amount. They dont leave a phone number to contact them and I cant collect my money back. They only have my e-mail address so they cant even ship the phone to me. I am afraid they will keep adding charges to my masre card number. Help would be appreciated

the ad popped up offering a prize for answering a short survey
then said i had been given a free membership for one day
then I read the fine print and found I would be charged a monthly fee so I cancellelled within 2 hours
was charged the fee any way plus some service charges
have compained to them to no avail
they are scammers pure and simple
I have reported them to the Gibraltar police at www.police.gi but that probably wont help either as they havn.t responded to me either
