I started training with Bodyfit Las Vegas/ Marcus Nimo on September of 2013.I paid $3000 for 6 months of training, 5 times a week.I asked him upfront, if I get sick or go to vacation, are you going to give me credit for those weeks? He said yes, but he never did.On November of 2013, he said he has a special offer for $3000 for 9 months of training, which was a really good offer, also he said he needs money to buy equiptment for his buisness. However I had 3 to 4 months left for the training that I already paid for it, I felt bad to not help him.I spoke with my husband, he said its ok, since you are happy with him, we can trust him and give him the money.I gave him $2000 in November of 2013.The training was good but I was not loosing weight, because I had to follow his diet program and was not helping me, so I decided to talk to him regarding that issue, when I told him, he started giving me bad attitud. That was a red flag. I started researching to figure out why I dont loose weight however I was training with him for an hour for 5 times a week.I finally figure out that since I am a pre diabetic, my body doesnt take too much stress and my blood suger goes up.I was measuring my blood suger before and after exercise and I figure out, whats going on.I called him and explain everything. However I had 3 months left for my first training secion, I didnt even ask for refund, all I asked was the $2000 for the next training. He refused to pay me back and I still have problem with him.PLEASE dont even think about going to Bodyfit Las Vegas.I know lots of people who got screwed and ripped off by him.His attitude is teribble, and dont trust this guy to give him any money upfront. Also he has a dog name Ranbow.I hope with this report, I can help other people.
I found Body Fit online. I completed a couple different forms for a couple different places. I tend to procrastinate so I wanted to find a trainer I could get in with right away. Marcus Niemo, owner of Body Fit, contacted me right away and we made a consultation appointment. He was very high pressure sales. If I was serious about losing weight I needed to buy the nutrition package. I had to commit to 90 days. He could "guarantee" results.
So I gave the man a check for $2000.00. As I left that day I was filled with regret. It was silly not to research this man. But, the next few days seemed on the up & up. I worked out a total of three (3) times and that includes the "mini" workout with the consultation. The next appt I had to cancel for work. The next appt he cancelled.
The next one after that he cancelled. At that point Marcus quit taking my calls or answering texts. [continued below].... .... I sent a text threatening to file a lawsuit. He answered that text but only to say he would contact me the following Monday. That was over three weeks ago. No further contact. I worked out a total of 90 minutes and paid Mr. Marcus Niemo $2000.00. That's equivalent to paying him $1333 an hour! I do intend to seek legal recourse. I am a single mother with two kids.
I have gained 45 lbs due to stress and conflict in my past relationship. This was supposed to be my motivation to get healthy and get my life back on the right track. I did not have $2000 to blow. Marcus stole from me and took advantage of the fact I was in a vulnerable place and desperate to make changes. Unfortunately, in the last 6 weeks, all I managed to lose was money. Do not trust this thief! Marcus Niemo = THIEF
