Peggy was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. I received a groupon for an hour massage from my mother for Valentine's Day. Like most people I work full time, have a weekend job and don't usually have time to get a massage, time got away from me but I finally made an appointment, when I first called she was incredibly rude, but since it was a gift I figured I'd still use it. The day of my appointment I realized that the groupon has actually expired but figured that most places still honor it, or at least that has been my experience with groupon. I attempted to call multiple times, and emailed her twice to try to get an answer and received no response. So finally I called to cancel, still no answer. She finally called me back around 4pm and told me that if I didn't come by my appointment time (4;15, and I live 30 minutes away) that she would not honor the groupon and take the 50 dollars that my mother spent and keep it since she was now losing time she could have spent on other clients. Luckily groupon is a corporation who actually cares about their clients and were nice enough to reimburse my mother and apologize on behalf of the rude and obnoxious Peggy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A massage is supposed to be a relaxing experience from start to finish. I suggest if you want that do not go to Peggy.
