I have been buying a product called Hot Sauce for years which is a detailing wax product that removes water spots from cars and boats. It appears that it was taken over recently by Boat Tech Company. My recent order was a 32 ounce spray bottle of Hot Sauce that was packaged in a box that was too short. When I picked up the package, it seemed very light and the box was stained. When I opened it the top was cracked most likely during the shipping. When you call their 954-969-1772, they tell you to email them at [email protected]. It has been almost a month now with several voice messages and emails and not one response.
