There has been absolutely no response at all in 2 weeks to my inquiry about a return/replacement. I have, in 2 weeks time, gotten 2 or 3 sales emails from them each day - but nothing about my issue.

I purchased a portable cell phone charger from BoardwalkBuy. It arrived in a timely fashion, in a plain envelope. The cell phone charger looked like it was owned by multiple people previously, and was damaged to point that it is unusable. The box that it came in was ripped, and it was clearly not the original box. I contacted the company four times. Three times via email, and once on their Facebook page. I included pictures of the damaged product. I received no response.
