I ordered a pageant dress on their website. After 20 days of leaving messages via phone, emailing, and IM'ing on Facebook, I have no dress and a $478 charge on my credit card. Really awful customer service at the best case and outright scam at the worst. I absolutely would avoid this company at all costs.
I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter's communion, the ornamentive stone fell off within an hour of putting them on. They refused to refund me because I did not report the damage within 7 days. I argued that shoes that cost $30 should be expected to last more than a day, a week, a month. She called me "honey", implied that my daughter did the damage, and that I lied about the event date (I entered the event date for a week earlier to ensure timely shipment). I felt that they should have stand behind their product. Their tone and approach throughout this ordeal was demeaning and insulting. I saw on a bad review that this is a home business and that other request for refund for defective items have gone unanswered.
