Where should I even start, this service is so bad. I will stick to the main points 1. Web Leads are horrible--the online set up to request vendor services is so broad that when a lead comes in, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. And you may never find the needle. A ton of wasted time on wasted leads that come to find out, they don't even need your service. We showed up in person to bid at a location and they laughed that we were even sent an invitation. BB really missed the mark on every lead. Never got a single job or lead that ever applied to us. 2. Mis-categorized--from the beginning our rep agreed with us that we are a niche service and that some leads won't apply to us. But assured us that BB was so awesome that leads will come in! When we asked repeatedly to create a category for what we actually do, she would not. Reason? That the category we requested "Travertine Cleaning" was copyrighted and would be illegal to use. That's like saying the word apple, or baseball, or stone is copyrighted and no one can use it. Ridiculous. I specified that I only wanted in their "Marble" Category since that was closest to what we do. She took us out briefly, guess what happened? Zero leads came in. This underlined the fact the BB was not the place for us, we asked again to be let out of our contract, it just isn't woking. So what did they do, throw us back in the general category of "Floor Treatment" so we can get more useless leads and she can brag about how many leads BB has sent us lest we dare complain. 3. Liars-our rep assured us that she really "cared" about our business and would not hold us to the contract if the leads were not helping us. After 3 months of talking to my brick wall representative I stopped paying. We made reasonable requests to make the most of our listing, all were rejected. Our concerns were played off with her long diatribes about how awesome BB is and I am missing the point. She kept raving about the online exposure and the giant relic of a book we are listed in. And spouting off the number of invitations we have been sent. I keep explaining they don't apply to us since we are in the wrong category. If they right leads don't come, they what am I paying for?? Our rep constantly talks out of both sides of her mouth. Anyway, they've sent us to collections to collect money for a service they did not provide. It's fraud, so beware and I hope if you are reading this, you wont' sign a contract. They will make you all kinds of promises and then give you useless bs answers when it doesn't work for you. Avoid this service or any lead generation service that requires a contract.
