On July 10th there was a system outrage on bluebird.com.
I tried to reload the money from vernilla reload cards but the reloads were failed
After that 5 reload and 5 reload reversals appeared on my account ant the total transactions on July 10th is $0
On July 18th 3 more reload reversals appreaed on my account refleced to the reload on July 10th. Called bluebird and the CSR said the reversals are valid because they mistakely put money on my account on July 10th.
What's the hell. The total balance for the trasctions on July 10th is $0. They put 3 more reversal which result in $1500 was taken out from my account!
Called them and it cost them 6weeks and they answered my that the transactions solved the problem caused on July 10th. What! You solved the problem by robbing me $1500?
Blue bird by AMEX which is a decent online banking have no location to deposit so you have to do all deposits via the smartphone app. the first few tries it was fine, let alone the 8 day period you have to wait for each check to clear...
Problem now, all checks i scan gets declined. when you call Bluebird, you are being transfered to a 3rd party company, most clerks are from india and such, they speak a broken english and ask you for all sorts of personal ID like your drivers lic ID and full SS#
after giving them twice all my info it's still not working
Good bye Blubird, should everyone know, to wait 8 days for each check to clear you should of done a better service.
