Hired PNP Logistics to ship our 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo S from LA to Scottsdale, they were a day late, they agreed to ship it enclosed for $400.00 door to door, they waited til they received the car and picked up and the owner then texted me that he wanted $600.00 now because the car would't start. I told him that we had a contract for $400.00 and he said its $600.00 and if I didn't like it he would take my car to a bonded warehouse that would charge me per day until I paid him and I would be responsible to flat bed it from there which was 40 miles away from where we needed it shipped to. They attempted to deliver it at 9 am on a Sunday morning when every business is closed, I left my sisters wedding brunch to run and meet the driver to pay in CASH even though the contract said Credit Card or company check, the truck left I had to chase him around Phoenix for hours, finally four hours later he agreed to unload the car at a truck stop on the side of the expressway and I had to pay them in cash $600.00 or no car (they literally kept my car hostage until they got paid the extra money) I then had to pay another $200.00 to flat bed the car to the location PNP agreed to originally ship it to costing me total of $800.00 (double what PNP agreed to do it for) the owner Paul Gupta will not answer the phone when you call only will text you and finally when I got ahold of him he cursed me out made threats against me and my car. These are nasty nasty horrible people with zero ethics and zero professionalism. RUN FAR FAR AWAY if you ever want to see your car again!!!!
