BlogDash Reviews

I really wanted to like Blog Dash, but the bottom line is this company is not ethical and did not do what they said they would do. Steve Koulouris, the "Account Executive" rushed though a slick demo and after that it all went down hill. I mentioned to Steve that I would be using the service in a specific way: Trading blog copy and links with other bloggers. Steve went on to say that marketers, such as myself use their platform for what I need it for.

I went on to say "Okay Ill try your 15 day free trail and get back to you" He said "Oh no the free trail wont allow you to do what you need" so he emailed me this:

"The database will work for you since you are the US and deal mostly with US based clients, we never had any complaints, besides there is a 30 day money back guarantee!

Try calling me today, I can’t provide the discount after today and include the extra users for free.

I told him as long as there is a money back guarantee, that I would be willing to try it. The results of the service were terrible, unless you want bloggers from India and Malaysia! (He said mostly US bloggers above remember) AND the Demo was done by a person who speaks French so I could not understand a word she was saying, so I was on my own to learn the system with no help from my "Account Executive" aka Sales Dude.

When I told him I would like to cancel, he said:

"Management refused to refund you the money since the guarantee at Blog dash involves paying the bloggers to get results and not pitching unpaid opportunities as a basis for Blog dash. See attachment of screenshot.

We guarantee that bloggers will respond to your campaigns as long as the pitch involves paid opportunities since that’s why the bloggers sign up at Blog dash in the first place.

Your account had no such pitches but instead pitched unpaid opportunities and that was the reason for not having any success with the software. According to management during your FREE TRIAL of 15 days you had access to play around with the categories and filters to see the number of bloggers in each category and subcategory to make that decision beforehand. Management wants to avoid agencies signing up for our services and getting in contact with some bloggers and then ask for a refund thus defrauding Blog dash.

You will have full unlimited access for the remainder of the subscription and bloggers will be added to the database in the following weeks.

I am sorry for the inconvenience."

Again, I told him I would be using the system to find guest bloggers where we could form a relationship and trade content. Plus I never had a proper Demo!

When I asked to Speak with Derek the manager, he promised me that I would have my refund by the end of the week. Great! Accept when I reached out to Blog Dash to see what happened with my refund I was told this:

Management rejected your request again. Sorry I don't own the company so I can't help you anymore.

What!?? Let me remind you that this software is already built! They did nothing custom for me at all, so why treat a customer like that? Even If I am in the wrong and did not use the system properly Blog Dash lied and was un ethical.

Blogdash is an industry leader in Blogger Outreach! Period.

This in response to Karl's malicious argument that we at Blogdash and I tried to scam him is totally false. We have a database of bloggers who sign up to be part of Blogdash cause they are looking to monetize their websites and are naturally looking for paid ooportunities. Karl here understood all that and since he had a Free Trial for 15 days was well aware that on the first tab we have a flag with a written warning that says the following: "The majority of the bloggers on Blogdash will not reply positively to an unpaid opportunity." WHy would they joing Blogdash in the first place?? To donate their time?? No of course not!! They are here to make money and they know that the majority of our clients are PR agencies like Karl of NobleMouse which is a PR agency that tried to scam us out of a free campaign! The 30 day money back guarantee works if you pay the bloggers you will obviously get interested bloggers replying to your campaign opportunity that you post. This in only logical! Karl here decided to pay for our software and database, go in and pitch our bloggers, offering them nothing for their work, try and get a freebie out of it and then call us back and say "Please give us our money back now, your software and database did not do what it promised us" and walk away with something for nothing! We try and warn these scammers that go around and spam our entire database and then get out that their money will not be returned. That's what Karl, a slick PR agency hotshot tried to do to Blogdash. We need to protect ourselves somehow and that's why he is here at Scamorg.com mouthing us off! I would advise anybody to avoid doing business with NobleMouse PR agency, they are a bunch of fraudulent slicksters. Business owners should understand how to avoid these scammers that want something for nothing!
