I placed a first time order with Blair for 2 sweaters.
First: They sent the package without an address - only my name and a zip code. The post office never could find the package and returned it to Blair.
I called Blair customer service 3 times and each time was told that they knew nothing, could do nothing and that I had to call on March 2, 2015 to have my order replaced or re-sent to me if returned.
I finally called on 3/2/15 and was told that my order had not been returned and they could not replace one of the sweaters because they were now out of stock.
I asked them to send the one that was in stock. I was on the phone for 30 minutes while the customer service rep. Got permission from his supervisor to send the sweater that was in stock.
The very next day, I received an email that the original items had been returned. I again called customer service only to be told that the had sold the merchandise that I had purchased to another customer And there was no way that I could receive the 1 sweater that I truly wanted.
The customer service rep. Said there was nothing she could do. She did not know anything about shipping, who she worked for and said there was no one to call to check on making the situation right.
Blair is the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. The customer service department is a joke! No one knows anything and no one knows how to correct a situation. Each time I dealt with them, there was absolutely no desire to correct THEIR mistake. Completely uncaring!!!!
I will try to wran everyone I know about them.
i would not buy another thing from this company if they were the only company in America!!!!
