Early in 2014, paid $7,500 to Justin Byrd with BlackFin IRS Solutions. He died around June 2014 wthout having completed his work on my behalf. They hired another attorney in July who was fired for incompetence. I patiently waited until they got someone else. Today I got a letter telling me that they were done with my work and that if I wanted more help, I would have to pay more money.
Justin said that if he didn't help me and make a difference, he would give me my money back. He didn't negotiate yet with them to reduce my settlement amount. Clearly I am left without them getting the job done. I couldn't really afford this service, but did it because I trusted Justin and he promised tohelp me.
