James Bangs has not lived up to our contract. I have paid $1500 for services which were not rendered in accordance to our contract. A 'discounted' fee of $1500 had to be paid under extreme pressure (2 hrs), instead of his normal $2500 fee, for private investigative services in which the results were reported to be delivered within ten days. It has been over 45 days and that man is nowhere to be found not to mention my paid for data.
James Bangs insisted that we meet at a local steakhouse to discuss my situation and needs. I tried twice to change the plan and just meet at his 'office' or a more discrete setting like a library or book store but he insisted that we meet at a 'steakhouse'.
After 20 days he calls me and sends me a sheet of info. He reported that the info on the sheet was for the person i was investigating and it ended up being for other people. After many attempts to call him, leaving voicemails, text messages and emails, he finally decides to call me with a list of times and dates that he attempted contact with me.
His list was faulty being that i have caller id, voicemail with time stamping, text with time stamping, and a cell phone which records all incoming outgoing calls.
James Bangs has proved to be fraudulent and unethical. He runs an ad in craigslist.org stating many things which he has not lived up to. I plan on exposing this man and report him to all agencies responsible for ripoffs and scams. James p bangs.
