What happened with me is really embarrassing. I made a deposit and started to play. The games were a little glitch, especially Blackjack, because it was pretty busy the whole time. I was winning here and there but it was not anything to be excited about. I tried to make a withdrawal when I met all wagering requirements but there seemed to have been a problem. I was contacted by customer support asking me to verify some information on the account. I did what they asked of me and my account was working again. I initiated the withdrawal and checked Blockchain a few minutes later in the hopes of the Bitcoin being transferred to my wallet. I was in for a huge shock when I saw that the BTC actually went into a completely different wallet that I did not own! What a scam! I am convinced that someone at Bitbet.us just hacked into the system and transferred the Bitcoin into their own account. What pisses me off is that I had just verified the information that I used to open the account and I did not feel safe any more. I tried to raise the issue with the higher up customer support by escalating the ticket but I was unable to do it because nobody was available to deal with my request. So now I have no Bitcoin in my BitBet account, nor do I have it in my wallet. It was not a huge amount but I still hate the fact that they somehow lost my money and nobody was willing to help me after it happened.
